Unique Location
Almost 5 mi (8Km) of beaches in 7 milion squared miles (18.000 Km²) of preserved land. We are conscious of the lucky we have for being part of this.
Near and Far From Everything
We prefer low density and pursue a low environmental impact. We are at sailing distance from Tatajuba, between Barra Grande and Preá, also our distance from Jericoacoara airport is only 43 mi (70 Km).
Sustainability
Astonishing and mysterious rock formations remind us of the Moon’s landscape. Housing this many biomes, we only build after knowing how dunes move.

POWER GENERATION
We take advantage of the sunlight, adopting a off-grid photovoltaic system. The power generation is done through solar panels and stored into a battery array. A safe and clean system for the environment.
WATER SUPPLY
Water is collected from wells and then processed in a treatment plant where it is filtered and disinfected to ensure its safe for consumption. After cleaning, water is stored and distributed directly to each house.
WASTE TREATMENT
We build an effective sewer treatment system that filters waste in a most efficient way. It mainly eliminates odors, nitrogen and phosphorus allowing water to be reused for irrigation.
